About Us

I'm Lauren Lawlor and I want to take your dog on an adventure! I get to enjoy all the same benefits from these adventures as your dog; time exploring nature, moving my body every day, and developing long lasting relationships. I’ve known many of the dogs in my care for multiple years and I get to see the long term benefits of our walks first-hand; the timid dog gaining confidence in new environments, the impulsive dog becoming more thoughtful, and the reserved dog becoming a part of the team.

In 2025, I welcomed Shiloh, an under-socialized 9 month old Shepherd mix, into my home. She had a lot of big teenager feelings and I saw how crucial these daily adventures were for her successful transition into her new life. One year later and I have the best teammate I could imagine.

I love getting to be able to enjoy the outdoors with my dog and I want for other people to have the confidence in their dogs to be able to enjoy the same. I've seen the change possible even from dogs that initially are uninterested in obvious rewards like food or toys. One of my clients' dogs enjoyed our outings, but his recall was reliably unreliable. No treat or toy or excitement from the other dogs could convince him to re-engage with me at the beginning. Patiently, I was able to encourage different choices and now he is now able to disengage during play, from a far distance, with bounding enthusiasm. On his best days, he's been able to disengage from chasing small fluffy prey animals (mostly rabbits where we walk)!
